Service man came took the furnace door off turned on my heater it did not start so he spined the fan and it started up. It made a sound like scraping to which he said it was branches or something from nesting birds that most likely was stopping my fan from spinning or getting it stuck and that was why my furnace was not turning. My experience was not good for a one job took two (2) days to install, closing the door to attic on Friday and Saturday. My house was cool for the week due to the opening in the attic. Plus going tocall tomorrow because unit make a loud noice when heat comes on and off.

Alaskan's routine AC/Heat Pump maintenance are always detailed. They not only check and also clean exterior coils of the unit. Plus they send detailed pics of the unit's insides. Good work. Using their maintenance service since 2005. No regrets.
