James was not a very personable person. He lied to us and told us our landlord didn't want to pay for the repairs. Talked to the landlord and she said that when she talked to James first of all he was short with her and he told her he had to order parts and he was booked tomorrow and that he couldn't repair till at least Thursday so she told him she'd try someone else as we are a older couple and we can't take the heat very well anymore and we needed the A/C now .Is your company so small that so...
