Jeff, our tech, was on time and courteous. After inspecting the a/c unit he told me about a couple of items that need to be addressed but said the compressor and the rest of the unit were in pretty good condition. That was not what I was expecting to hear since the unit is 24 years old. His honesty and straight forward approach were much appreciated. I will call Alaskan to complete the needed repairs and would encourage anyone needing HVAC service to call them.
