From calling Alaskan Air to Javier showing up was a quick 2 hours. My heat pump stopped working in a 111 degree afternoon. Javier quickly assessed the problem and fixed it, and waited to make sure everything was performing well. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my technical questions. I would definitely call them again.
