Service Tech Jakob was great. But it turns out that a $12000 + heat pump installation DID NOT INCLUDE a surge protector. Hmmmmmm. So, if somebody's gonna spend that kind of money, one might think that Alaskan Air would do a COMPLETE job. Now I feel like I just bought a brand new car and I'm being asked to pay for a spare tire. Outrageous. TOTALLY DONE WITH ALASKAN AIR.

We had Ed and David come out to take care of our clogged and leaking kitchen sink . They came out early in the schedule , they assessed the issue quickly and repaired it expediently. Replaced a section of piping that was going bad due to age and use, ran a snake ( successfully unlike when I tried myself ) and had us up and running in no time and the pricing was much less than I thought .
