Tech did not find leak in AC unit. He started blaming efficiency on 9 year old units, our windows, our pool pump, the weather.....we showed him our electric bills for the last year and showed him the increase in usage every month.

Your nothing like you say on your advertisement. From the night we talked to your salesman it was 4 weeks before the unit was installed. They had to cut the opening to the attic bigger, put two big gouges in the walls I wish you could see how it was repaired, I think a 2 year old could have done better.... VERY DISAPPOINTED
