James called when he and his colleague were going to be late, which they really weren't. When they got here they quickly, professionally answered what the noise was coming from which was simply the filter banging against the fan. They told us to purchase some weather stripping and to use the metal one that came with the unit, which we could hose off as needed and save money by not having to pay for filters.
