We've had a service plan with Alaskan for years!! Today, Dylan came as scheduled for a maintenance check on our 2 units. First, communication is great with Alaskan. From scheduling, Confirming, and ETA text from the tech. For peace of mind, an email is sent with a picture of the technician scheduled.
