Really have not been pleased with the service. On a yearly check up service, the tech tells my wife that we have something wrong with the unit, but could not diagnos it, so do not run the unit until tomorrow when another tech could come out to check it. Other tech comes out last night to tell us that there was nothing wrong. We have had nothing but bad experiences with this company.

I give a single star as technician did not show up at the time specified. When I called the company to inquire as to the whereabouts of my technician, I got tons of attitude from the girl who answered the phone. I cancelled the appointment as a result.
