The service is spectacular and they know the products well. I have always felt that they have my better interest in mind.
I am being nice by giving 3 stars. We paid for a regular maintenance check up. We were informed that our 1 year old unit had major and expensive issues. We contacted another company for a second opinion, and were told that we needed a $40 part, AND that Alaskan had performed NO maintenance!
