He provided the options available for extending my service contract and I chose to take his advice and add another 5 years to the existing contract. If I could rate them with 0 stars, I would. I was told on 20June2017 that a technician would be contacting us that evening for service. No one ever called. I called at 0700 on 21June2017 and the lady who answered had no clue about anything. I gave her all of our information again. This time we get a service window that was between 5 and 8pm.
