Our Ac quit working on Easter sunday. Todd was here within the hour, introduced himself and got to work. He was courteous and professional and will be back tomorrow with the parts needed. We have been customers of Alaskan since 2001 and will continue to be for a long time to come.
I believe when it comes to the cost of service I was charged it was extremely high! I won't be using them again.
