Called on Saturday to inquire about getting my ducts inspected to check for any leaks and perform an holistic efficiency audit on the unit and was told they do not perform that kind of work (although it is advertised on their website). Santos came out for a routine inspection and everything was working great. He left, I left to go shopping and when I got home the AC wasn't working. Santos came back out with Jay and it still didn't work. then Santos came out with James. James was bound and determined to get the AC up and running. and he did - about 11:30 that night. Jay came out and got right to work. He was very polite, professional, straight forward, thorough and efficient. He made sure he told us about the work he had done, and what we still needed to do.
