Robert did a fine job in giving my A/C a tune-up. He was courteous and took the time to explain things.
He did an excellent work. I haven't seen anyone do a good job like Robert.
Once I authorized the second payment for my HVAC installation their communications skills vanished. 3 times I had to call to find out when the duct sealing would happen. Then I was told a combustion test would have to be done. After 4 days with no contact I had to call the office to find out when that would happen.
