James was a very energetic worker and answered multiple questions during the motor installation.
Well I called and someone was sent out to take care of an issue that should've been done on the installation of my unit eight years ago. I appreciate that the company send a representative out to replace my thermostat. Representative came out and did the work however I realize it was a hot day but I don't really feel that the representative has good customer service skills, he's good at getting things done But I wouldn't recommend him to be first contact with customers.
Earl was on time and worked efficiently. He explained what he was doing and had suggestions for better maintenance.
I am a fairly new customer to Alaskan Home Services, less than 6 months, but so far, Efrain, who has been the technician I have been working with, is very professional and knowledgeable and has been responsive and easy to work with.
