Roque accurately diagnosed the problem with our gas heating unit and provided various recommendations for us to choose from with a good explanation of the pros and cons of each. It did take a couple of days longer to repair than was originally quoted but it was due to the manufacturer providing Roque the wrong part initially to complete the repairs.
