Don did a great job on my 6 month service check up and took time to explain the service contract with me. Also wore booties to protect my carpet. Very friendly and helpful.
Our service tech Jacob was very polite & helpful. He wore shoe protectors while he was in our hour and also showed us a piece of equipment that could be put on the unit to help with the dust & particulates getting in the house. scheduled a tune up service through home depot. got a text confirming appointment with a 3 hours window period. No show and no call on day of appointment. Not a very good first impression and if this is how they treat their appointments then I wonder on the quality of their work.
Mark was very courteous and explained the issues with my AC system in terms I could understand. He wasn't pushy, nor did he make me feel like he was trying to sell me something. I will use Alaska Air for the repairs Mark suggested. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
