Jason communicated when he realized he would be late due to an accident on I 10, He arrived when he said he would after checking to be sure running late was okay. He was very thorough and communicated his findings. Although unit was okay I asked about replacing and he was informative about costs of new units but NEVER pushy. He seems extremely knowledgeable. I'm pleased.
