I came home tonight to my AC not working. The house was hot and my thermostat was giving me an error there was no power to the unit. I called at 10p and Nick W came out and had it up and running before midnight. He was quick and polite and professional at diagnosing and fixing my issue. Now I get to get some sleep in a home that isn’t 87 degrees. Thank you Nick W for all your help.

The technician (Roosevelt)was extremely professional,knowledgeable ,friendly and approachable.The technician went above and beyond the call of duty. There was a snake in my yard and the technician removed the snake checked the back yard for any more then continued with the maintenance of my air conditioner.Then the technician explained to me what was wrong with my unit and different options I could choose to better improve and maintain the health of my unit.
