State they will clean your water heater for free every six months whether or not they installed it when we purchased an air conditioning unit. When we called to have them come clean it they REFUSED TO CLEAN OURS EVEN THOUGH IT STATED IT IN OUR CONTRACT! Go SOMEWHERE ELSE! I would not have given them a star but it’s the only way I can warn the public.
Had an Alaskafication Servicing on Furnace Unit. Technician was very thorough and explained everything he was seeing and showed me what he saw as well and explained too remedies for furthering life of unit.
