My service technicians were fast and efficient once they arrived. The only con (minus one star) was that my window was from 10-1 pm, and as of 1 pm I had still not heard from the technicians. I called the office and the office called them. It was another 45 minutes before they arrived. I would make the recommendation that if indeed the service technicians know that they are not going to make their window, or are behind schedule, that they give a courtesy call to the waiting client so that their ...
