This company has one of the best communication skills. The woman taking my call was polite and courteous. She made the appointment then sent me an email to confirm as well as a call the day before. The technician called when he would arrive and he was prompt. He explained everything he did while he was servicing the unit. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Both visits from techs from Alaskan have been great. We are very pleased with the service and the company!
