Our service tech Jacob was very polite & helpful. He wore shoe protectors while he was in our hour and also showed us a piece of equipment that could be put on the unit to help with the dust & particulates getting in the house. My husband & I are discussing it & if we decide to do it , we will call Jacob. He is a great young man & a real asset for your company!!!! Mark was very courteous and explained the issues with my AC system in terms I could understand. He wasn't pushy, nor did he make me feel like he was trying to sell me something. I will use Alaska Air for the repairs Mark suggested. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
