Earl was very professional and wasn't a hard sell on anything. I was appreciative of his honesty. He gave us the low down on our current system and only recommended what was needed.
Our service engineer arrived very promptly, at the time he said he would in a phone call from him to let us know when he'd be here. Earl entered the house and after a cordial greeting to us and our, very happy to have company, shitzu, he put covers over his shoes. My husband showed Earl where everything was and Earl went to work.
