Ken Bishop of Alaskan Air company did a fine job for us inspecting our 2 HVAC units. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in his work. However, Ken's company must tell him to be a salesman as well as a maintenance tech by having him suggest upgrades to our system which we don't want. Please stop having your techs try to be salesman and let them stick to maintenance.

RJ was knowledgable, friendly, and delightful to speak with. He was not hurried and he had time to speak about specifics. His inspection was thorough and photographed for future reference. I knew what was going on with my system and understood it. What more could I ask?
