We had our business AC serviced in 2022 where the put in a new condenser costing over $5000. Current date, It was time to service the unit and per the (Alaskafication) request under our warranty program. Friday 08/29/25 it was serviced by Colin Mullen. Great guy. Got here on time and found the problem right away. Wasn't able to fix the problem because he needed special part that specific to our unit. He'll get on Tuesday or sooner if possible and will come back as early as possible. Couldn't ask for anything better than that.
