The technician came out on a Sunday night, and was very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. We will certainly call on him again if/when needed.

They came quickly and were very kind and professional. I had to order a new compressor, but they gave me a loaner portable AC while I wait for it.
Called Alaskan Air last night with an air conditioning problem around 7:00 pm. They sent a technician over about an hour later. He stayed till 11:00 to diagnose the problem with my air conditioner and did a temporary fix. Great service even though it was a Friday night and the temperature was going to be above 100 degrees the next week. They will be back next week to make a more permanent fix. Amazing service. 💙
