Brandon from alaskan was very friendly and polite. Brandon was well knowledgeable about his job. Brandon quickly found the issue with our A/C. Brandon explained what the problem was but also let us know that the part had to be shipped from Phoenix. Brandon apologized that it wouldn't be fix till the next day. Brandon explained that he would get to use the next day as soon as possible.
