Great technician who showed up on time, walked me through a system reset before arrival to try to help me and fixed my ac in under 2 hours.
Got Jeremy for a second time, still great! Called at 5pm and he had the system running at 7:15pm.

Called them out for an appointment about issues with my mini split system and central AC systems. Tech doesn't have equipment to check refrigerant on my mini split. Tech also services my central air system and says I am a little low on refrigerant. Tech does not have any refrigerant with him. He says if you want some you can make another appointment and pay another service fee for them to come out. Call another company out. My mini split was low on refrigerant.
