READ ME: On Thursday, 5/23 during the middle of the night our AC went out. Looking at the great reviews and fast they were, we quickly called in the morning. We are thrilled to hear that tech will be out between 9-11. As soon as 9am hits we get a call that tech won’t be by till 3-7. Tech James comes in. Very nice and knowledgeable. Great service and very professional from Jesus providing all the information we needed and offering various options and applying pertinent discounts, to Bert who came and took all the measurements including doing a heat load, to Nate and Jerry doing a terrific installation.
