Not thrilled about being charge for a maintenance fix for a 20k paid unit only a 1 year old installed but that said, Javier made it clear as to why and how its was just something thats caused by the dirty humid recent weather which is out of company's control. So i sucked it up realizing he is 100% right. The issue is fixed as i inspected it this morning and felt better about being charged. Jeremy was amazing. He showed up within 30 min of us calling Alaskan AC for assistance, had an amazing attitude, very knowledgeable, diagnosed and fixed our AC within 15 minutes so overall they took care of everything in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this company

I am shocked at how fast they were here. I called after 4pm. And the technician was here by 5:40. He was very nice and checked everything out, and explained everything to me. I am very glad and grateful that I contacted this company.
