Jeremy figured out our problem in about 30 seconds after we showed him that our WiFi thermostat had no power. A safety switch on the condensation drain had tripped because the drain was clogged. He cleaned the drain with a vacuum pump and everything came back on. Excellent work!

Waste of money. Tech said I was low on freon, but he wasn't allowed to carry any so I would have to call office to schedule another Tech to come out and pay an additional $130 service fee because he was only "maintenance tech". He wrote up that the air handler was not accessible and could not perform an inspection because he didn't have anything to cut the mastic/tape that the installer placed over part of the panel.
