My repair man Jeremy was GREAT, way above what I was expecting. Very friendly “the dogs” loved him. That says a lot. Very quick also. Hope I get him next time. 7 stars.

I think we were over charge.. for a $35.00 part we were charged $735.00
That is too much for 30 minutes of work. I would think I should get a refund of about $400.00.
It been 2 weeks since I posted this review. And as of yet,I have not heard a word out of them. Poor customer service. My rating is going down every week. Sad!!
AC service was scheduled day after I called. Tech contacted us before arrival, was prompt. Although I have 18-20yr. old AC, tech suggested a repair rather than replacement as it seemed to be in good condition.
My AC is once again cooling.
Reason for 4 stars was that I asked for some additional info on repair & did not get contacted with it.
