Thank you so much for coming on a Sunday, in the evening in record hot July. We were totally expecting to be sweating the night out. Jeremy went above and beyond to get us up and running again.
Service was completed and unit seems to be working great. Thankful to get the home cooled back down. Cost of repair was much higher than expected, but agreed to before repair began. However, not satisfied with the lack of detail on the invoice. No specifics (parts or labor) were listed, leaving some suspicion as to whether or not the charges were justified for the service provided.
Over all the Technician was knowledgeable and courteous. the maintenance was straight forward and I like the Health report they emailed to me.
