Was able to get service within a hour of calling. Work was completed in 30minutes on a late Sunday evening.
I woke up on July 4 to prepare for 20+ guests. What I wasn't prepared for was a downstairs AC unit that wasn't working. We called many services, but Alaskan not only answered promptly, but they also scheduled us for service between 8-11. Robert (Zach) & Alaskan Air Conditioning was a bright spot in an otherwise terrible day. On 7/05/2024, our AC went out on the worst case scenario day - a Saturday morning (outside normal hours and therefore emergency hours) and on a day that would eventually reach 111° .
