I had a great experience with Alaskan and their technician, Ben. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything about my AC unit clearly. He also took several pictures to show me exactly what was going on, which I really appreciated. Ben quickly scheduled follow-up work to correct an issue caused by a previous company, which gave me a lot of confidence in their service. Overall, both Ben and Alaskan were great to work with—highly recommend!
Called Alaska Air at 8:30 and at 11:00 Anthony knocked on the door. He diagnosed the problem and offered us a couple of alternatives to getting our AC unit back in operation. He was neat and courteous and very polite. After we discussed the different options he installed the failed part and we were back in operation. Alaska Air and Anthony will always be welcome in our home.
