Hector Comacho was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do during his visit. He answered my many questions in a professional manner. Alaskan had installed the HVAC system several years ago. The only problem I had was that He informed me that I needed a GFI installed on the furnace (there is one on the AC portion of the HVAC.) So why wasn't there a GFI installed originally?
Hector performed a thorough A/C system inspection and explained every part of his report in detail. I was impressed by the report transparency - pictures of internal components and precise measurements compared to unit specs.
