I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service provided Alaskan AC. Approximately 1-2 years ago, in the midst of summer, we experienced issues with our air conditioning unit. Their technicians identified a component that was reportedly problematic, which we paid to have replaced. However, the original issue persisted, prompting us to contact company again.
