Our neighbors use Alaska HVAC, they have the check up twice a year. Before we moved to Tucson we had the same type of service. We made an appointment with Alaska because of the recommendation from our neighbors. Zachary Michaels is the service rep we talked to today. He was a gentleman, respectful and very knowledgeable of the products. We signed up for a membership and we are getting our ducts cleaned. Zach was so through and easy to talk to, we would like Zach to our regular service guy.
Zach was very through with our system. He made recommendations for products that will help keep the air clean and refreshing in the house. All-in-all a great experience and we will see Zach in the fall for the winter check up! Completely professional and concerned about our home!!
