I appreciate the friendly way customers are treated. I was a bit disappointed that for a 100+ dollar check of my system it did not even include a new filter. I was not shown pictures of before and after in terms of what was done so I am not really sure what I paid for in the preventative check of my system. No mention of "alaska-fication" assurance that if it broke down over the summer I would be assured of service (like on the radio) but a great deal of mention to sell me future service package...
