Freddie came out to do a regular maintenance on our AC unit and to check out a possible issue with our aircycler unit. Freddie did a thorough maintenance on the unit in a timely manner and then proceeded to check out the aircycler issue. He spent a good 30 min. trying to figure out the issue with numerous trips up to the attic with extreme AZ temperatures. Alaskan and their team, Earl in particular, responded to a service call late in the day which concerned an AC unit in a rental. They were very accommodating and he was very thorough in what needed to be done to get the unit running. We will be using and recommending their service for sure!
