As an absentee Phoenix homeowner Alaskan Air required my presence at the home in order for me to get an estimate on replacing the heating and cooling unit. This, even though my son who occupies the home would be present. This is not an inconsequential request upon me but they would not accommodate me. So, be forewarned. I will no longer be doing any business with Alaskan Air. How does this place stay in business?
