Had our annual maintenance completed yesterday. The tech, Anthony, was great. He was professional and very friendly. After he completed the maintenance he explained the condition of our a/c system and the recommended preventative work proposals.
Jason was an excellent service technician. Very polite and professional. He informed me of his findings and gave me several options to consider.
The only reason for a 4 star vs 5 star rating was the cost of the system recharge (>$700 ) which i thought was excessive given my past experiences with MVP and other AC service companies.
