Called Alaska Air at 8:30 and at 11:00 Anthony knocked on the door. He diagnosed the problem and offered us a couple of alternatives to getting our AC unit back in operation. He was neat and courteous and very polite. After we discussed the different options he installed the failed part and we were back in operation. Alaska Air and Anthony will always be welcome in our home.
