AK AIR was contracted to install our AC system. Since then we have continued to pay for point inspections program. Our last inspection, Colin, found the start of an issue that could be easily corrected. He was able to fix the issue during the same point service appointment, with less than 5 minute downtime. I can't say much about the cost, as I did not compare but the tech and ease of part replacement/correction was fantastic.

James was a really nice guy and came out quickly on a Saturday, he got the part replaced in about 10 minutes. I paid the Saturday afternoon on a 108 degree day price for sure of almost $950 for a normally $250(high end) part but with a house full it was nice to have the AC back on so they still get a high rating in my book.

Josh was amazing he came over very quick and assessed the issue with our AC unit and went over the options to fix the problem. He was able to fix our AC unit very quickly and was very professional thru out the process. We will definitely be using Alaskan for our future check ups for our house.

Called Alaskan Air at 7am and James was there by 1pm the same day! He diagnosed the issue right away and gave me a number of options and prices for solutions. And he was super nice! Communication was great. They texted me a photo and short bio of James before he arrived. He called before coming and told me how far out he was. I would highly recommend Alaskan Air to anyone!
