The Technicians were very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job! It’s unfortunate that they try and sell extra parts. I spent approximately 30 thousand dollars on a new a/c unit that does not come with a surge protector. (Shame on me) So they now they tell me the unit is only functioning at 90% because I need a surge protector inside my home and outside. Can someone explain why a surge protector would affect the functionality of the system.
