Our technician today was Roosevelt. He was comfortably congenial upon arrival. He was very thorough in his inspections. He communicated our health report very articulately!
Freddie did a Great Job. Alaskan Air had installed our old two (2) Trane Systems and now our newest two (2) Lennox Systems. We've purchased the 3 year preventive maintenance plan with Alaskan Air that we've had for over 12 years now too. Therefore, we should be a valued customer, but apparently we're not.
