The best experience I ever had he was professional clean and a very hard worker
Savanah has been amazing every time! However, Cassandra was very rude and condescending over the phone, very unprofessional when answering the phone (didn't even identify that we called Alaskan ac, just said "this is cassandra").
Had a few good experiences prior to this one. The tech that came out his time didn't seem to know much about our AC units.
Not sure if we will continue to use this company after this last experience.
Nice company
Had to call them. No one would come out till the next day or 2. The other company i used before don't have my guy that i used to have. He retired. So i had to pick Alaskan to help me out. I had animals in the house to take care of I had to pay the service charge but it was taken off at the end when they did the repair. Thank goodness for that. Had a special going on that's why I called. Wish it was cheaper but I had to get it done quickly with my animals.
