We were extremely pleased with Dylan. He arrived promptly, and notified us of pending his arrival. He listened to all of our concerns, and addressed all of them. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect of our air conditioning unit. He was also very respectful of our home. He made very significant suggestions, that will affect our unit in the future. We are very happy with Dylan, and Alaskan Air.

BUYER BEWARE: Terribly unethical company! I would give this company zero stars. Three years ago they sold an air conditioner to a disabled couple (my kids) with communication challenges for almost $15,000, promising great warranty and service. Last year they came out to perform routine service on the maintenance plan and the next day the A/C quit working. Cost the kids $1,000 to get running again. This morning Alaskan air sent one of their representatives over to inspect our air conditioning system. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, and informative. He listen to, and answered all of our questions, and concerns in an extremely professional, considerate manner. We are very pleased with everything he did! We would recommend Alaskan air conditioning, and heating services to our friends and neighbors.
