The first time the tech came to our house, he was friendly and welcoming to the male figure (my stepdad who is not the homeowner) and helped solve the issue. However, the unit was holding at 80 even though it was set to 78. So, we called to get a tech back out and check. The same tech came out and was absolutely awful to the female figure (my mom who IS the homeowner). He talked down to her and belittled her.
