I had Alaskan come do regular maintenance on our HVAC system. Their communication was excellent from confirming the appointment several times, to sending a text and email just before the technician arrived with the picture of the technician and some info about him. The text also had a gps link on his location, and he called so I knew exactly when to expect him and could be ready to let him in.
