This review is a long time coming, but important. In the Summer of 2013 we were having an issue with our A/C not blowing cold air, seemed the temperature never went below 85. We called a BIG NAME company to check it out and they told us within minutes our system was shot and we needed to replace the entire unit upwards to 7K. Fransisco and Mike were very friendly and professional. Both men were constantly informing us of what they had left and what the game plan was. I did get permission from them to record the install of the unit as I was recording I did say thank you Alaskan heating and cooling for making this happen. I also would like to add Mike and Fransisco love our animals always have to give my 4 cats and 1 puppy a pet when they come in and before they leave the house.

Brandon and another man (whose name I don't know) dismantled our old heat pump and HVAC system. We got a brand new heat pump and new HVAC. They were very professional and worked very efficiently. They went above and beyond our expectations. Today, March 24, 2025, my HVAC system was serviced by R J Navarrette. I'd like to take this opportunity to tell you what a wonderful job he did! They were very professional and took a lot of photos. This was very nice sense I am not the home owner just the reasonable adult at the home at the time. They also explained everything so I could relay the info to my father the home owner. JJ answered any questions I had also regarding the process and he and his partner explained everything they were doing.
