I enjoy working with Alaskan AC. Jason came to my house and was on time, professional, and didn’t take long to assess and diagnose a problem I had. He posed options and allowed me to decide how to handle it without any pressure. He even offered a few options to get me discounts. He went above and beyond.
A couple years ago Alaskan Air replaced our central air unit with a heat pump. Recently our new unit stopped working and of course it was after hours. I called and they had a technician to us within an hour. Zach the technician fixed the problem right away. I give a 5 Star rating to Zach as well. He throughly inspected the unit and would not leave until he was satisfied our unit was working properly! I highly recommend Alaskan Air!
